This Privacy Policy describes how FMB Management ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects user information when you use our mobile application (designed for Google Play Store) and our responsive web application portal.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This application is constructed solely to facilitate the Faiz al-Mawaid al-Burhaniyah (FMB) daily meal preference tracking, announcements, and polls for registered community members.

1. Information We Collect

To provide core functionalities like authentication and push notifications, the app collects the following data categories:

Personal Account Identifiers: Your 8-digit ITS Number, name, and family HOF details to verify identity and coordinate family meal requirements.
Contact Information: Phone numbers (as supplied by your regional Jamaat/Mohallah administration) for account support and contact.
Notification Tokens: Device registration keys generated via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver daily meal cutoff alerts, announcements, and polls.
Preference Submissions: Meal size selections (Full, Half, Not Needed) submitted by your HOF to schedule catering numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect and utilize the information solely for the following operations:

To authenticate login sessions securely and verify administrative roles (Platform Owner, Jamaat Admin, Mohallah Admin, HOF Member).
To dynamically calculate daily meal quantities and coordinate with catering staff to prevent food wastage.
To send push notifications and exact alarm cutoff reminders.
To compile poll feedback and display announcements relevant to your specific Jamaat.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with any third-party marketing companies or external entities.

3. Data Storage & Safety

We utilize industry-standard measures to safeguard your database records:

Transport Security: All data transmitted between the client applications (Android/Web) and the server is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/HTTPS).
Supabase Backend Security: Database records are stored securely with active Row-Level Security (RLS) tables, ensuring members can only view records belonging to their respective families, and administrators are limited to their assigned jurisdictions.
Firebase Integration: Push token channels are isolated using Firebase security configurations.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

The app uses secure local storage values (like key-value tokens) to maintain your login session active. This prevents you from having to enter your ITS number and password every time you launch the application. No tracking cookies are used.

5. User Data Control & Deletion

We believe you should have control over your data. You can request changes or deletion as follows:

Account Deactivation: You can contact your regional Mohallah Admin or Jamaat Administrator to deactivate or suspend your profile.
Data Deletion Requests: If you wish to request the complete deletion of your profile history and associated data, please contact your administrator. Once approved, the admin will delete your account database record, which automatically purges all linked credentials and preference history from our servers.

6. Google Play Store Compliance

This privacy declaration conforms to the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement. We guarantee that permissions requested (such as `USE_EXACT_ALARM` and `POST_NOTIFICATIONS`) are exclusively used to trigger cutoff reminders and alerts and are not used to collect user locations, background tasks, or device telemetry.
